Job Description

  1. Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy

  2. Prepares foods to the specifications of the client

  3. Prepares food before the arrival of guest

  4. Seasons food according to recipes or company needs

  5. Orders ingredients and spices as needed

  6. Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer

  7. Assists other cooks during the food assembly process

  8. Devises new recipes

  9. Estimates expected food consumption and organises preparation

  10. Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
