Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Mexican dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure proper taste, presentation, portion size, and consistency of all dishes.
Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, stocks, and other food items required for daily operations.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety at all times.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients to minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and smooth service during busy hours.
Assist with menu preparation, new dish development, and improvements to existing recipes.
Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations in clean and proper working condition.
Monitor ingredient requirements and inform the supervisor/manager about shortages or additional requirements.
Follow company policies, food safety standards, and instructions from the Head Chef or management.
Duty Hour: 12PM - 10PM
