फ्राइड राइस, चाउमिन, थुक्पा, मोमो, मञ्चुरियन, चिल्ली, सूप तथा अन्य चाइनिज परिकारहरू मेनु र निर्धारित मापदण्डअनुसार स्वादिष्ट तथा गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने।
चाइनिज परिकारका लागि आवश्यक सामग्री, मसला तथा ससहरूको तयारी गरी उचित रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने।
अर्डरअनुसार खाना समयमै तयार गर्ने तथा परिकारको स्वाद, गुणस्तर र प्रस्तुतीकरणमा एकरूपता कायम राख्ने।
खाद्य सामग्रीको गुणस्तर जाँच गर्ने, उचित भण्डारण गर्ने तथा आवश्यक सामग्रीको मौज्दात (Stock) को निगरानी गरी अभाव भएमा जानकारी गराउने।
भान्साको सरसफाइ, स्वच्छता तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्डको पालना गर्ने र भान्साका उपकरण तथा सामग्रीहरूको उचित प्रयोग र हेरचाह गर्ने।
भान्सा टोलीसँग समन्वय गरी दैनिक कार्यहरू प्रभावकारी रूपमा सम्पन्न गर्ने।
व्यवस्थापनबाट तोकिएका आफ्नो पदसँग सम्बन्धित अन्य कार्यहरू आवश्यकताअनुसार सम्पन्न गर्ने।
