Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.

  2. Ensure all food is prepared fresh, properly portioned, and served on time.

  3. Perform food preparation tasks such as cutting, chopping, marinating, and seasoning.

  4. Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control of all dishes.

  5. Follow proper food hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.

  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.

  7. Monitor food supplies, assist with stock management, and minimize food wastage.

  8. Coordinate with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 Hours

    Working Days; 7 Days a Week
