होटलको मेनुअनुसार विभिन्न नेपाली, भारतीय तथा अन्य परिकारहरू स्वादिष्ट र गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने।
ग्राहकको अर्डरअनुसार खाना सही स्वाद, मात्रा, गुणस्तर र समयमा तयार गर्ने।
तरकारी, मासु तथा अन्य खाद्य सामग्रीको Cutting, Chopping, Cleaning, Marinating र Cooking गर्ने।
Standard Recipe र Portion Size अनुसार खाना तयार गरी स्वाद र गुणस्तरमा एकरूपता कायम गर्ने।
खाद्य सामग्रीको Freshness र Quality जाँच गर्ने तथा आवश्यक सामग्रीको Stock व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने।
Kitchen, Utensils तथा Cooking Equipment सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्दै Food Hygiene तथा Safety Standards पालना गर्ने।
Kitchen Team सँग समन्वय गरी व्यस्त समयमा छिटो र प्रभावकारी रूपमा काम गर्ने तथा होटलको Food Quality र Guest Satisfaction लाई प्राथमिकता दिने।
