Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. मोमोका विभिन्न प्रकार तयार गर्न र राम्रोसँग पकाउन सक्ने।

  2. Chilly, Chowmein, Fried Rice लगायतका Chinese/fast food परिकार बनाउन सक्ने।

  3. Burger, Sandwich, Fries लगायतका सामान्य fast food परिकार तयार गर्न सक्ने।

  4. मेनु तथा रेसिपीअनुसार खानाको स्वाद, गुणस्तर र portion कायम गर्ने।

  5. व्यस्त समयमा छिटो र सफा तरिकाले अर्डरअनुसार खाना तयार गर्ने।

  6. खाना पकाउने सामग्रीको उचित प्रयोग गर्ने र food wastage कम गर्ने।

  7. किचन, भाँडाकुँडा तथा उपकरणहरू सधैँ सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  8. Food hygiene, safety तथा cleanliness का मापदण्ड पालना गर्दै टिमसँग मिलेर जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक काम गर्ने।

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 Hours ( 10AM - 8PM or 12PM - 10PM)
