Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. नेपाली, इन्डियन तथा नेवारी परिकारहरू मेनु र रेसिपीअनुसार गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने।

  2. खाद्य सामग्रीको सफाइ, काटछाँट, तयारी तथा आवश्यक marination गर्ने।

  3. परिकारको स्वाद, गुणस्तर, मात्रा र प्रस्तुति निरन्तर कायम राख्ने।

  4. Food Hygiene, Food Safety तथा व्यक्तिगत सरसफाइसम्बन्धी मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।

  5. किचन उपकरण तथा cooking utensils सुरक्षित र प्रभावकारी रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने।

  6. खाद्य सामग्री तथा मसला उचित रूपमा प्रयोग गरी wastage कम गर्ने र stock को उचित व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

  7. Head Chef/Supervisor को निर्देशनअनुसार Kitchen Team सँग समन्वय गरी खाना समयमै तयार गर्ने।
