Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. मेनु अनुसार गुणस्तरीय, स्वादिष्ट तथा आकर्षक खाना समयमै तयार गर्ने।

  2. खाना तयार गर्दा खाद्य सुरक्षा, सरसफाइ तथा स्वास्थ्यसम्बन्धी मापदण्ड कडाइका साथ पालना गर्ने।

  3. आवश्यक कच्चा पदार्थको तयारी, काटछाँट, मापन तथा उचित भण्डारण गर्ने।

  4. Kitchen Equipment तथा खाना पकाउने सामग्रीहरू सही तरिकाले प्रयोग गर्ने र सफा तथा व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  5. खाद्य सामग्रीको स्टक तथा प्रयोगको निगरानी गर्ने र आवश्यक सामग्रीको जानकारी सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिलाई दिने।

  6. ग्राहकको माग र रेस्टुरेन्टको मापदण्डअनुसार खानाको स्वाद, गुणस्तर तथा प्रस्तुतिमा एकरूपता कायम गर्ने।

  7. Kitchen Team सँग प्रभावकारी समन्वय गरी व्यस्त समयमा पनि अर्डरहरू छिटो, सही र व्यवस्थित रूपमा तयार गर्ने।

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8 AM - 6 PM

    खाने बस्ने व्यवस्था कम्पनीद्वारा उपलब्ध गराइनेछ।
