  1. कम्पनी/रेस्टुरेन्टको मेनु अनुसार विभिन्न परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने र पकाउने

  2. खाना स्वादिष्ट, गुणस्तरीय तथा स्वच्छ तरिकाले तयार गर्ने

  3. खाना पकाउन आवश्यक सामग्रीहरूको तयारी गर्ने

  4. भान्साकोठा सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  5. खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा सरसफाइ सम्बन्धी मापदण्डहरूको पालना गर्ने

  6. खाद्य सामग्रीको उचित भण्डारण र प्रयोग गर्ने

  7. आवश्यक सामग्रीहरूको स्टक जाँच गर्ने र जानकारी गराउने

  8. ग्राहकको माग अनुसार खाना तयार गर्ने

  9. भान्साका उपकरण तथा सामग्रीहरूको सही प्रयोग र हेरचाह गर्ने

  10. हेड सेफ वा व्यवस्थापनको निर्देशन अनुसार अन्य भान्सा सम्बन्धी कार्यहरू गर्ने

    नोट:
