Job Description

  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका रेसिपी अनुसार तयार गर्ने तथा पकाउने

  2. खानाको स्वाद एकै स्वादको हुनु पर्ने र गुणस्तर कायम राख्ने यदि कायम नभएर कम्पलाइन्ट आएमा कस्टुमर लाई ह्यान्डल गर्न सक्नु पर्ने

  3. अर्डर अनुसार समयमै गुणस्तरीय खाना तयार गर्ने

  4. खाद्य सामग्रीको ताजापन तथा गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  5. ओभन तथा किचनका उपकरणहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने

  6. आफू सँग काम गर्ने सहायक लाई काम सिकाउने र काम गराउने 

  7. खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा सरसफाइ मापदण्डको पालना गर्ने

  8. किचन तथा कार्यस्थल सधैं सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  9. आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्रीको स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने

  10. टिमसँग समन्वय गरी प्रभावकारी रूपमा काम गर्ने

  11. व्यवस्थापनले तोकेका अन्य किचन सम्बन्धी कार्यहरू गर्ने
