Job Description

  1. मःम, चाउमिन, लाफिङ तथा विभिन्न स्न्याक्स परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने तथा पकाउने

  2. मेनु अनुसार गुणस्तरीय खाना समयमै तयार गर्ने

  3. खानाको स्वाद, गुणस्तर तथा प्रस्तुतीकरण कायम राख्ने

  4. आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्रीको तयारी, कटिङ तथा भण्डारण गर्ने

  5. अर्डरहरू समयमै तयार गरी ग्राहक सन्तुष्टि सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  6. मःमको फिलिङ, चटनी तथा अन्य आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू तयार गर्ने

  7. किचनको सरसफाइ तथा हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  8. खाद्य सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी नियमहरूको पालना गर्ने

  9. किचन उपकरणहरू सुरक्षित तथा सही रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने

  10. खाद्य सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग गरी wastage कम गर्ने
