फ्राइड राइस, चाउमिन, स्टिर-फ्राइ, सूप तथा अन्य चाइनिज परिकारहरू गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने।
खाना पकाउन आवश्यक सामग्रीको तयारी, काटछाँट तथा उचित भण्डारण गर्ने।
चाइनिज सस तथा मसालाहरूको सही प्रयोग गरी स्वाद र गुणस्तर कायम गर्ने।
भान्सा, खाना पकाउने उपकरण तथा कार्यक्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।
खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा सरसफाइ सम्बन्धी मापदण्डहरूको पूर्ण पालना गर्ने।
किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरी ग्राहकको अर्डर समयमै तयार गरी उत्कृष्ट सेवा प्रदान गर्ने।
