  1. विभिन्न परिकारहरू स्वादिष्ट तथा गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने

  2. किचनको सरसफाइ तथा स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने

  3. आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्रीको तयारी तथा व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  4. अर्डर अनुसार समयमै खाना तयार गर्ने

  5. खाद्यान्न सामग्री सही तरिकाले भण्डारण गर्ने

  6. किचन उपकरणहरूको सुरक्षित प्रयोग गर्ने

  7. टिमसँग समन्वय गरी काम गर्ने
