Job Description

  1. नेपाली, भारतीय तथा अन्य परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने

  2. अर्डर अनुसार खाना समयमै पकाउने

  3. खाना बनाउन आवश्यक सामग्री तयारी गर्ने (कटिङ, मिक्सिङ आदि)

  4. किचनको सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्थापन तथा सञ्चालन गर्ने

  5. किचन सरसफाइ र हाइजिन कायम राख्ने

  6. खाद्य सामग्रीको गुणस्तर जाँच गर्ने र सुरक्षित रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने

  7. आवश्यक सामग्रीको स्टक व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  8. भाँडाकुँडा तथा किचन उपकरणहरू सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  9. अन्य किचन स्टाफसँग समन्वय गरी काम गर्ने

  10. खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने
