Job Description

  1. नेपाली, इन्डियन तथा चाइनिज परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने र पकाउने

  2. मेनु अनुसार गुणस्तरीय खाना समयमै तयार गर्ने

  3. खानाको स्वाद, गुणस्तर तथा प्रस्तुतीकरणमा ध्यान दिने

  4. आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग तथा भण्डारण गर्ने

  5. किचनको सरसफाइ तथा स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने

  6. खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  7. अर्डर अनुसार खाना समयमै तयार गरी सेवा सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  8. किचन उपकरणहरू सही तथा सुरक्षित रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने

  9. किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरी प्रभावकारी रूपमा काम गर्ने

  10. जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक तथा इमान्दारिताका साथ काम गर्ने
