Job Description

  1. होस्टलका विद्यार्थीहरूको लागि दैनिक खाना तयार गर्ने र पकाउने

  2. बिहान, दिउँसो र बेलुकाको मेनु अनुसार समयमै खाना उपलब्ध गराउने

  3. खाना बनाउँदा स्वाद, गुणस्तर र पोषणमा ध्यान दिने

  4. किचनको सरसफाइ तथा स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने

  5. खाद्य सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग र भण्डारण गर्ने

  6. आवश्यक सामग्रीको स्टक जाँच गर्ने र अभाव भए जानकारी गराउने

  7. किचन उपकरणहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने

  8. खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा स्वास्थ्य मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  9. होस्टल स्टाफसँग समन्वय गरी मेनु अनुसार काम गर्ने

  10. आवश्यक परे विशेष खाना (diet/illness food) तयार गर्ने

    नोट:

    • ड्युटी समय बिहान ६:०० बजेदेखि दिउँसो ११:०० बजेसम्म हुनेछ

    • त्यसपछि विश्राम (break) हुनेछ

    • पुनः दिउँसो १:०० बजेदेखि राति ८:०० बजेसम्म ड्युटी हुनेछ
