  1. तोकिएको मेनु अनुसार विभिन्न परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने तथा पकाउने

  2. खाना बनाउँदा स्वाद, गुणस्तर तथा प्रस्तुतीकरणमा विशेष ध्यान दिने

  3. आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग तथा भण्डारण गर्ने

  4. किचनको सरसफाइ तथा स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने

  5. खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  6. आवश्यक सामग्रीको स्टक जाँच गर्ने तथा अभाव भए जानकारी गराउने

  7. अर्डर अनुसार समयमै खाना तयार गरी सेवा सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  8. किचन उपकरणहरू सही रूपमा प्रयोग तथा संरक्षण गर्ने

  9. किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरी प्रभावकारी रूपमा काम गर्ने
