Job Description
नेपाली, भारतीय तथा अन्य परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने
अर्डर अनुसार खाना समयमै पकाउने
सामग्री (ingredients) तयारी गर्ने (कटिङ, मिक्सिङ आदि)
खाना बनाउँदा स्वाद, गुणस्तर र प्रस्तुति राम्रो बनाउने
किचनको सरसफाइ र हाइजिन कायम राख्ने
आवश्यक सामग्रीको स्टक जाँच गर्ने र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने
भाँडाकुँडा तथा किचन उपकरणहरू सफा राख्ने
खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड (Food Safety) पालना गर्ने
अन्य किचन स्टाफसँग समन्वय गरेर काम गर्ने
ग्राहकको फिडब्याक अनुसार सुधार गर्ने
