Job Description

  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका परिकार (नेपाली, इन्डियन, चाइनिज, फास्ट फुड आदि) तयार गर्ने

  2. मेनु अनुसार खाना पकाउने र नयाँ परिकारहरू विकास गर्न सहयोग गर्ने

  3. खाद्य सामग्रीको गुणस्तर जाँच गर्ने र ताजा सामग्री प्रयोग गर्ने

  4. भान्साघरको सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने• खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड (Food Safety Standards) पालना गर्ने

  5. आवश्यक सामग्रीको स्टक व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र समयमै अर्डर गर्ने

  6. खाना समयमै तयार गरी ग्राहक वा सर्भिस टिमलाई उपलब्ध गराउने

  7. किचन हेल्पर तथा अन्य स्टाफसँग समन्वय गरेर काम गर्ने

  8. किचनका उपकरणहरूको सही प्रयोग र मर्मतसम्भारमा ध्यान दिने

  9. ग्राहकको माग अनुसार विशेष परिकार (Special Orders) तयार गर्ने
