Job Description

  1. नेवारी परिकार: बारा, चटामरी, छोयला आदि तयार गर्ने

  2. थकाली परिकार: दाल-भात-तरकारी, गुन्द्रुक, सुकुटी आदि तयार गर्ने

  3. ताजा मासु, तरकारी, मसला आदि प्रयोग

  4. सफा र सही तरिकाले तयारी

  5. भान्सा र भाँडा सफा राख्नु

  6. व्यक्तिगत सरसफाइमा ध्यान दिनु

  7. परम्परागत स्वाद कायम राख्नु

  8. पुराना विधि र मसालाको सही प्रयोग

  9. अन्य भान्से र स्टाफसँग मिलेर काम गर्नु

  10. ठूलो कार्यक्रम वा भोजमा सहकार्य
