Job Description
दाल भात, मोमो, तरकारी, रोटी, नान, बिरयानी लगायतका नेपाली र भारतीय परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने।
रेसिपी अनुसार खाना बनाउने र स्वाद, गुणस्तर तथा प्रस्तुतीमा एकरूपता कायम गर्ने।
दैनिक किचन सञ्चालन, खाना पकाउने, तयारी गर्ने र प्लेटिङ गर्ने काम गर्ने।
किचन सफा राख्ने र खाद्य स्वच्छता तथा सुरक्षाको मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।
खाद्य सामग्रीको सही भण्डारण गर्ने र खेर जाने वस्तु नियन्त्रण गर्ने।
कुकिङ उपकरणहरूको उचित प्रयोग र मर्मतमा ध्यान दिने।
नयाँ मेनु बनाउन सहयोग गर्ने र नेपाली तथा भारतीय परिकारहरू सुझाव दिने।
व्यस्त समयमा पनि छिटो र गुणस्तरीय सेवा प्रदान गर्ने।
