पिज्जा, बर्गर तथा अन्य फास्ट फुड आइटमहरू स्वादिलो र गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने
खाना बनाउँदा सरसफाइ र हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने
किचनका सामग्रीहरू सही तरिकाले भण्डारण र प्रयोग गर्ने
दैनिक आवश्यक कच्चा पदार्थको तयारी (prep work) गर्ने
अर्डर अनुसार छिटो र सहि तरिकाले खाना तयार गर्ने
किचन उपकरणहरूको उचित प्रयोग र मर्मतसम्भार गर्ने
नयाँ मेनु आइटमहरू सिक्ने र सुधार गर्ने
टिमसँग सहकार्य गर्दै किचनको काम व्यवस्थित राख्ने
नोट:
