  1. Prepare momo and fast food dishes with good cooking skills while maintaining taste and quality.

  2. Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, and handle kitchen equipment properly.

  3. Work efficiently during rush hours with strong time management skills.

  4. Follow the menu accurately and adapt quickly to new recipes.

  5. Demonstrate teamwork and communication skills; knowledge of momo making is a plus ✅.
