Prepare and cook Mexican, Newari, Nepali, and Indian cuisines while maintaining taste and quality.
Assist with food preparation according to the menu and ensure timely service.
Maintain proper kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Use and store kitchen ingredients and equipment properly.
Work in coordination with the head cook and kitchen team.
Duty hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (shift-based).

मेनु अनुसार खाना तयारी (preparation) गर्ने र समयमै सेवा दिन सहयोग गर्ने।
किचनको सरसफाइ, स्वच्छता तथा खाद्य सुरक्षाका मापदण्डहरू पालना गर्ने।
आवश्यक किचन सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग र संरक्षण गर्ने।
हेड कुक तथा किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरी काम गर्ने।
ड्युटी समय: बिहान ९:०० देखि ५:०० वा साँझ ५:०० देखि राति २:०० (सिफ्ट अनुसार)।
