Job Description

  1. Assisting head cook in preparing juice, meats, fruits, and preserves

  2. Weighing and measuring ingredients using platform scale and measuring container

  3. Transferring material to the cooking area by hand

  4. Cleaning the cooking kettles and container using water and pressurized steam

  5. Stir the content in the cooking kettle using a ladle or spoon

  6. May stack and tally containers

  7. maintain the work area and equipment

  8. collect and store the leftover

  9. manage inventory
