  1. तोकिएको मेनु अनुसार खाना समयमै र स्वादिष्ट रूपमा तयार गर्ने

  2. खानाको गुणस्तर, स्वाद र प्रस्तुति कायम राख्ने

  3. किचनको सरसफाइ, स्वच्छता र फूड सेफ्टी नियम पालना गर्ने

  4. किचन उपकरण, भाँडाकुडा तथा कार्यस्थल सफा र सुरक्षित राख्ने

  5. कच्चा पदार्थको सही प्रयोग गरी खाद्यान्नको बर्बादी न्यून गर्ने

  6. अन्य किचन स्टाफसँग सहकार्य गरी कामलाई सहज बनाउने

  7. आवश्यक अनुसार नयाँ रेसिपी सिक्न र अपनाउन तयार रहने
