अर्डर समयमै पूरा गर्ने, खाना समयमा तयार पार्ने।
व्यस्त समयमा समेत दक्षतापूर्वक काम गर्न सक्ने।
विभिन्न प्रकारका खाना पकाउने तरिकाहरू (जस्तै: साउते, डीप फ्राइ, ग्रिल, स्टिम आदि) को राम्रो ज्ञान हुनु पर्ने।
फुड सेफ्टी र हाईजिन मापदण्डहरू पालना गर्नुपर्ने।
