Job Description

  1. मेनु, विशेष आहार वा पोषण प्रतिबन्धहरू, र सेवा गरिने भागहरूको संख्या अनुसार खाना पकाउने

  2. सरसफाई र कार्यात्मक सञ्चालन सुनिश्चित गर्न ग्याली उपकरणहरू, भान्साका उपकरणहरू, र कार्य क्षेत्रहरू सफा गर्ने र निरीक्षण गर्ने

  3. खाना तयार गर्न र सेवा दिन सहयोग गर्ने एक वा बढी कामदारहरूको गतिविधिहरू निरीक्षण गर्ने

  4. खाद्यान्न प्रयोग र खर्चको अभिलेख संकलन गरेर राख्ने


Job Description

  1. Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, and numbers of portions to be served.

  2. Clean and inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas in order to ensure cleanliness and functional operation.

  3. Direct activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals.

  4. Compile and maintain records of food use and expenditures.
