Job Description
  1. खाना तयारी र पकाउने,जुस मेकर ताजा सामग्री तयार गर्ने, जुस बनाउनका उपकरण चलाउने, र उच्च गुणस्तरका जुस ब्लेन्डहरू तयार गर्ने जिम्मेवार हुन्छन्, साथै सफाई र ग्राहक सन्तुष्टि सुनिश्चित गर्नु, परिपक्वता र गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्दै, प्राविधिक विधिहरूसँग व्यंजन तयार गर्नु

  2. सफा राख्ने: भान्सा र पकाउने उपकरणहरूलाई स्वच्छ र व्यवस्थित राख्नुहोस्, स्वास्थ्य र स्वच्छता मापदण्ड पालना गर्नु

  3. सामग्रीको व्यवस्थापन: खाद्य आपूर्ति अनुगमन गर्नुहोस्, अर्डरमा मद्दत गर्नुहोस् र खाद्य सामग्रीलाई उचित तरिकाले भण्डारण गर्नुहोस् ताकि फोहोर नहोस

  4. खाद्य सुरक्षा: खाद्य सामग्रीको सही तरिकाले ह्यान्डलिङ, भण्डारण र पकाउने प्रक्रिया पालना गर्नुहोस् ताकि संक्रमणबाट बच्न सकियोस्

  5. पेशेवर प्रस्तुति र प्लेटिङ: खाना आकर्षक र भान्साको स्थानको मापदण्डअनुसार सजाउन

  6. भान्साको टोलीसँग सहकार्य गर्नु: अन्य भान्साका कर्मचारी, सहायक कर्मचारी र स्टाफसँग मिलेर भान्सा सञ्चालनलाई सुसंगत राख्नु

  7. अर्डरमा परिवर्तन गर्ने: विशेष आहारका अनुरोध र अन्तिम समयको अर्डरमा समायोजन गर्न चाँडो प्रतिक्रिया दिनु

  8. समय व्यवस्थापन: ग्राहकको अपेक्षाअनुसार सबै खाना समयमा पकाएर र सर्भ गरेर प्रस्तुत गर्नु

    नोट : बिहानको सिफ्ट: बिहान 6 बजे देखि 2 बजे सम्म / रात्रि शिफ्ट: 1 बजे देखि 9 बजे सम्म

    1.Cooking and juice making: Cook is responsible for preparing indian ,nepali cuisine and make fresh ingredients, operating juicing equipment, and creating high-quality juice blends while ensuring cleanliness and customer satisfaction, ensuring maturity and quality, and preparing dishes using technical methods.

    2.Keep Clean: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment, following health and hygiene standards.

    3.Inventory Management: Monitor food supplies, assist with orders, and store food materials properly to avoid contamination.

    4.Food Safety: Follow proper handling, storage, and cooking procedures for food materials to prevent contamination.

    5.Professional Presentation and Plating: Present food attractively and according to the kitchen’s standards.

    6.Collaborate with Kitchen Team: Work together with other kitchen staff, assistant staff, and the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

    7.Order Adjustments: Respond promptly to special dietary requests and last-minute order adjustments.

    8.Time Management: Prepare and serve all dishes on time according to customer expectations.

    9.Knowledge of Indian and Nepali Cuisine: Should have knowledge of Indian and Nepali cuisine.

    Note: Morning shift: 6 AM to 2 PM / Night shift: 1 PM to 9 PM.
