  1. ग्राहक सेवा: अतिथिहरूसँग स्वागत गर्नुहोस्, मीनु जानकारी दिनुहोस्, खाना र पेय पदार्थहरूको बारेमा प्रश्नहरूको उत्तर दिनुहोस्, र अर्डर सही तरिकामा लिनुहोस्।

  2. अर्डर सेवा: अतिथिहरूलाई समयमै खाना र पेय पदार्थहरू सेवा गर्नुहोस् र उनीहरूको विशेष अनुरोध र आहार प्रतिबन्धहरू पूरा गर्नुहोस्।

  3. टेबल व्यवस्थापन: टेबलहरू सेटअप गर्नुहोस्, सफा राख्नुहोस्, र सेवा अघि, बीचमा र पछि डाइनिंग क्षेत्र तयार गर्नुहोस्।

  4. भुक्तानी प्रक्रिया: ग्राहकहरूको भुक्तानी लिनुहोस्, परिवर्तन दिनुहोस्, र POS प्रणालीको माध्यमबाट बिलिङ र लेनदेन गर्नोस्।

    Job description:

    1. Customer Service: Greet and assist guests by providing menu information, answering questions about food and drinks, and taking orders accurately.

    2. Order Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly to customers while ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are met.

    3. Table Maintenance: Set up tables, ensure cleanliness, and prepare dining areas before, during, and after service.

    4. Payment Processing: Handle customer payments, provide change, and operate the POS system for billing and transactions.

    5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service, maintaining communication and addressing any guest needs.
