Job description:
Customer Service: Greet and assist guests by providing menu information, answering questions about food and drinks, and taking orders accurately.
Order Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly to customers while ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are met.
Table Maintenance: Set up tables, ensure cleanliness, and prepare dining areas before, during, and after service.
Payment Processing: Handle customer payments, provide change, and operate the POS system for billing and transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service, maintaining communication and addressing any guest needs.
