Job Description
  1. Preparation of Dishes: Prepare a variety of fast food items like momos, chowmein, thukpa, parathas, and breakfast items according to set recipes and quality standards.

  2. Cooking and Cooking Techniques: Use appropriate cooking methods (steaming, frying, sautéing, boiling) to ensure the consistency and taste of the dishes, while maintaining hygiene standards.

  3. Ingredient Management: Ensure fresh ingredients are available, prepare, and store them properly for efficient cooking throughout the day.

  4. Time Management and Service Efficiency: Cook and serve orders in a timely manner, meeting customer demands for quick service while maintaining quality.

  5. Kitchen Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment, adhering to food safety regulations and standards.

गर्नुपर्ने कामहरू

  1. व्यञ्जन तयारी: निर्धारित विधिहरू र गुणस्तर मापदण्डअनुसार मोमो, चौमिन, थुप्का, पराठा र ब्रेकफास्ट जस्ता विभिन्न फास्ट फुड परिकार तयार गर्नुपर्ने ।

  2. पाक कला र पाक विधिहरू: व्यञ्जनहरूको सुसंगतता र स्वाद सुनिश्चित गर्न उपयुक्त पाक विधिहरू (भापमा पकाउने, फ्राइ गर्ने, सते गर्ने, उमाल्ने) प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने, र स्वच्छता मापदण्ड पालन गर्नुपर्ने।
