Job Description
Cook tandoori dishes on the menu following recipes including nepali typical food, Momo, chowmein, chicken chilly
Take overall responsibility for the operations of typical nepali dishes.
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, and mixing.
Produce new nepali dishes.
Prepare various dishes under the instructions of Head Chefs.
Allocate and oversee the work of the junior kitchen staff team, including cleaning schedules.
