Job Description

• विभिन्न प्रकारका Continental खाना (पास्ता, स्टेक, सूप, सलाद आदि) तयार गर्ने।

• किचनको स्वच्छता र हाइजिन मापदण्डहरू पालना गर्ने।

• खाना तयार गर्दा सामग्रीको सही मापन र गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

• दैनिक आवश्यक सामग्रीको तयारी (mise en place) गर्ने।

• मेनु अनुसार नयाँ परिकारहरू बनाउने र प्रस्तुति राम्रो बनाउने।

• किचन उपकरणहरूको सही प्रयोग र नियमित सरसफाइ गर्ने।

• स्टक तथा कच्चा सामग्रीको अवस्था जाँच गर्ने र आवश्यक परे रिपोर्ट गर्ने।

• टिमसँग सहकार्य गर्दै छिटो र व्यवस्थित रूपमा अर्डर तयार गर्ने।

Note: Duty Hour: 10 hours per day.
