Job description:

  1. Preparation of Continental Dishes: Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes, ensuring that the presentation and taste meet the restaurant's high standards.

  2. Pizza Making Expertise: Specialize in pizza preparation, including making dough, selecting and preparing fresh ingredients, and baking pizzas to perfection with attention to quality and consistency.

  3. Menu Planning & Ingredient Management: Assist in menu planning and ensure that all ingredients are fresh, available, and properly stored. Maintain inventory and communicate with suppliers for restocking.

  4. Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow strict food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Adhere to all safety regulations related to food handling, cooking, and storage.

  5. Team Collaboration & Training: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and contribute to training new team members on pizza-making techniques and continental cuisine.
