Job Description

  1. Continental तथा Hot Kitchen सम्बन्धी विभिन्न परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने

  2. निर्धारित रेसिपी र मापदण्डअनुसार खाना पकाउने र सजाउने

  3. किचनको सरसफाइ, स्वच्छता तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमहरू पालना गर्ने

  4. Hot Kitchen मा प्रयोग हुने उपकरणहरूको सही र सुरक्षित प्रयोग गर्ने

  5. कच्चा पदार्थको गुणस्तर जाँच गरी सही तरिकाले भण्डारण गर्ने

  6. अर्डरअनुसार समयमै खाना तयार गरी सेवा टिमसँग समन्वय गर्ने

  7. खाद्य सामग्रीको स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने

  8. Executive Chef वा वरिष्ठ कुकको निर्देशनअनुसार काम गर्ने
