Job Description

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from Continental, Nepali, Italian, and Thai cuisines

  2. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards

  3. Follow proper hygiene and food safety guidelines

  4. Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely preparation of ingredients

  5. Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes across multiple cuisines

  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

  7. Work with the kitchen team and assist junior cooks when needed

  8. Monitor portion sizes and minimize food wastage

  9. Handle cooking equipment and kitchen tools with care

  10. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders

    Note: Fooding and lodging available

    Duty time: :12 pm- 9:30 pm
