Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a wide variety of Continental dishes (Italian, French, Spanish, Mediterranean, etc.) following standard recipes.

  2. Ensure food is prepared with high quality, consistency, and presentation standards.

  3. Monitor food stock and place orders as needed to ensure kitchen readiness.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.

  5. Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items to minimize waste.

  6. Coordinate with other kitchen staff and follow instructions from the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

    Note: Fooding and lodging is available.
