Job Description

  1. विभिन्न कन्टिनेन्टल परिकारहरू तयारी गर्ने तथा पकाउने

  2. मेनु अनुसार गुणस्तरीय खाना समयमै तयार गर्ने

  3. खानाको स्वाद, गुणस्तर तथा प्रस्तुतीकरण कायम राख्ने

  4. किचन टिमलाई आवश्यक निर्देशन तथा supervision गर्ने

  5. आवश्यक सामग्रीको तयारी (mise en place) तथा stock व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  6. खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा hygiene मापदण्ड पूर्ण रूपमा पालना गर्ने

  7. व्यस्त समयमा kitchen workflow प्रभावकारी रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  8. नयाँ परिकार तथा मेनु विकासमा सहयोग गर्ने

  9. अर्डरहरू समयमै process गरी उत्कृष्ट service सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  10. किचन उपकरणहरू सुरक्षित तथा सही रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने

  11. किचन क्षेत्र सफा तथा व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  12. Junior kitchen staff लाई training तथा guidance दिने
