Job Description

  1. कन्टिनेन्टल परिकारहरू (जस्तै पास्ता, स्टेक, सलाद, सूप आदि) तयार गर्ने र गुणस्तर कायम गर्ने।

  2. किचनमा आवश्यक सामग्रीको तयारी (mise en place) समयमै गर्ने।

  3. खानाको स्वाद, प्रस्तुति र स्वच्छतामा विशेष ध्यान दिने।

  4. किचनका उपकरणहरू सही तरिकाले प्रयोग गर्ने र सफा राख्ने।

  5. फुड सेफ्टी तथा हाइजिन सम्बन्धी मापदण्डहरू पालना गर्ने।

  6. आवश्यक परे नयाँ कन्टिनेन्टल मेनु वा रेसिपी विकास गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।

  7. स्टक तथा कच्चा पदार्थको मात्रा जाँच गर्ने र आवश्यक सामग्रीको जानकारी व्यवस्थापनलाई दिने।

  8. किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरेर अर्डर समयमै तयार गर्ने।

नोट: दैनिक ड्युटी समय करिब १० घण्टा हुनेछ।
