Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section (e.g., grill, pasta, cold kitchen).
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Follow and enforce food safety regulations (HACCP standards).
Assist in the creation of new continental menu items and daily specials.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff, commis, and trainees.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store/purchase team for ingredients.
Minimize waste and control food costs without compromising quality.
Ensure equipment is well maintained and report any issues to the maintenance team.
Note:
Working Hours: 9 hours in a day.
Working Day: 6 day in a week.
Facilities: only fooding.
