Job Description

  1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktops and laptops

  2. Perform operating system installation, formatting, and system optimization

  3. Assemble custom PCs and upgrade components such as CPU, RAM, SSD, GPU, and power supply

  4. Conduct deep cleaning of computers, including dust removal and thermal paste application

  5. Manage basic networking tasks such as router setup, LAN connection, and IP configuration

  6. Install and configure drivers, software, and peripherals

  7. Ensure all repaired or assembled systems are fully tested before delivery

  8. Maintain records of repairs, services, and inventory

  9. Assist customers in selecting appropriate computer parts and systems based on their needs and budget

  10. Explain technical details in a simple and understandable manner

  11. Demonstrate basic sales and convincing skills to promote products and services

  12. Build good relationships with customers through professional communication

  13. Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

    Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Sunday to Friday)

    Overtime: Occasionally required (Overtime pay will be provided)
