  1. संचालनमा सबै सान्दर्भिक जानकारी दैनिक आधारमा सूस शेफ सूचित गर्ने व्यक्तिगत मामिलाहरु

  2. रेष्टुरेन्टका लागि सबै खानेकुरा समयमै तयार भई गुणस्तरीय र गुणस्तरीय हुने गरेको छ मात्रा मापदण्डहरू जाच गर्ने

  3. तोकिए अनुसार दैनिक आधारमा खाना आवश्यकताहरू तयार गर्ने

  4. रेफ्रिजरेटर र फ्रिजरहरू सहित सबै तोकिएको क्षेत्रहरूमा सरसफाइ कायम गर्ने

  5. स्थिति र अन्य कर्तव्यहरूलाई तोकिएको रूपमा सामान्य कर्तव्यहरू प्रदर्शन गर्ने

  6. बिगार्ने, फोहोर, उचित भण्डारण र कडा भाग प्रयोग गरेर लागत नियन्त्रण गर्ने

  7. सुनिश्चित गर्नुहोस् कि लागत नियन्त्रण नीतिहरू र प्रक्रियाहरू पछ्याइएको छ या छैन
