किचनमा मुख्य शेफ वा सीनियर शेफको निर्देशन अनुसार खाना पकाउने कार्यमा सहयोग गर्ने
विभिन्न प्रकारका डिशहरू तयार गर्न आवश्यक सामग्री (ingredients) तयार गर्ने
सब्जी काट्ने, सफा गर्ने, मसला मिलाउने तथा pre-preparation गर्ने
किचनको सरसफाइ तथा hygiene कायम राख्ने
फूड सेफ्टी नियमहरू पालना गर्ने र safe cooking practice अपनाउने
स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने (ingredients र raw materials को proper handling)
आवश्यकता अनुसार grill, fry, boil, sauté जस्ता cooking technique मा सहयोग गर्ने
किचन उपकरणहरूको सही प्रयोग र संरक्षण गर्ने
