Job Description

  1. Assisting in the food preparation process

  2. Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes

  3. Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish

  4. Is quick in learning recipes

  5. Assisting other Chefs

  6. Helping with deliveries and restocking

  7. Assisting with stock rotation

  8. Cleaning stations

  9. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

  10. Awareness of manual handling techniques

  11. Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety

  12. Has Experience with kitchen equipment

  13. Has Experience with dangerous equipment such as knives

  14. Competent level of spoken and written English

  15. Can work in a team 

  16. Can realize their tasks and do work as per requirement by coordinating with chef.
