Job Description
सिनियर सेफलाई खाना तयारी तथा पकाउने काममा सहयोग गर्ने
तरकारी काट्ने, म्यारिनेसन गर्ने तथा सामग्री तयारी गर्ने
भान्सामा सधैं सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने
सेफले दिएको रेसिपी तथा प्रेजेन्टेसन अनुसार काम गर्ने
खाद्य सामग्रीको सही भण्डारण तथा FIFO विधि अनुसार प्रयोग गर्ने
सर्भिस अघि किचन स्टेशन तयार गर्ने
खानाको गुणस्तर जाँच गर्ने र समस्या भएमा सिनियरलाई जानकारी दिने
टिमसँग मिलेर भान्साको काम सहज रूपमा सञ्चालन गर्ने
