Job Description

  1. Assisting in the food preparation process

  2. Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes

  3. Preparing vegetables, meats and fish

  4. Assisting other Chefs

  5. Helping with deliveries and restocking

  6. Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations

  7. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

  8. Awareness of manual handling techniques

  9. Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety

  10. Experience of kitchen equipment

  11. Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives

  12. Competent level of English spoken and written
