Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing the food.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Monitor mise-en-place, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP and restaurant policies.
Handle kitchen equipment and tools with proper care.
Support menu development with creative inputs under the guidance of senior chefs.
Train and guide junior team members.
