  • Assist chefs in daily food preparation and cooking.

  • Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, etc.) as instructed.

  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene are maintained.

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.

  • Store food properly and monitor inventory levels.

  • Support in plating and garnishing dishes before service.

  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
