Job Description

  1. Assist in Food Preparation: Support chefs in preparing ingredients and basic cooking under supervision.

  2. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen, tools, and equipment clean and hygienic at all times.

  3. Follow Recipes and Instructions: Execute tasks according to set recipes and instructions given by senior chefs.

  4. Check Food Quality: Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality before preparation.

  5. Organize Kitchen Station: Set up and stock workstation with necessary supplies and ingredients.

  6. Ensure Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.

  7. Support in Stock Management: Help in receiving, labeling, and storing food supplies properly.

  8. Learn and Grow: Continuously develop cooking skills and knowledge under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
