Job Description

  1. खाना तयार पार्न सहायता गर्ने (काट्ने, छील्ने, धोने आदि)

  2. सिनियर सेफहरूको निर्देशन अनुसार काम गर्ने

  3. भान्साको सरसफाइ र कार्य क्षेत्र सफा राख्ने

  4. सामग्री सही रूपमा राख्ने र स्वच्छता पालन गर्ने

  5. भान्सा सेटअप गर्न र सामग्री तयारी गर्न सहयोग गर्ने

  6. सुरक्षा नियम र खाना सम्हाल्ने प्रक्रिया पालना गर्ने

  7. दैनिक तयारी कार्यहरू (mise en place) मा सहायता गर्ने

  8. फोहोर व्यवस्थापन र भाँडाकुँडा सफा गर्ने

  9. सिनियर सेफहरूको निगरानीमा सिक्ने र सुधार गर्ने

  10. उपकरणमा समस्या आएमा तुरुन्त जानकारी गराउने

    नोट: कार्य समय:

    • १० घण्टा प्रतिदिन

    • यदि ५ दिनको साप्ताहिक काम भएमा १२ घण्टा प्रतिदिन काम गर्नुपर्ने
